Shipping Info

Shipping is just $5.99 on orders totaling less than $75.00 which are shipped within the USA using Standard Shipping.

Faster guaranteed shipping methods (UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day & UPS Overnight) cost more. Shipping outside the USA costs more.

Shipping Details

We ship orders Monday-Friday. We ship your order the day after we receive it (and often the same day). We ship UPS and USPS Priority Mail (we determine the shipping method based upon your address location and package size). Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Please do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays when calculating shipping days.

We currently offer several shipping options within the continental United States:

1. Standard 5-7 business days for delivery
(UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail)

2. Expedited 3-5 business days for delivery
(depending upon where you are, this will be UPS 3 Day or USPS Priority or Express Mail. If you choose Expedited, but UPS Ground will get it to you in a day or two, we may reduce your shipping costs.)

3. UPS Guaranteed 2 Day Air (2 business days)
(This option is available in the Continental US only and requires a physical address. No POs, APOs, etc.) Please note this is 2 BUSINESS days! (Ex. Orders shipped out 2 day on Friday are received on Tuesday.)

4. UPS Guaranteed 1 Day Overnight (1 business day)
(This option is available in the Continental US only and requires a physical address. No POs, APOs, etc.) Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Please note: This is a costly option (but necessary when the birthday is tomorrow!) We reserve the right to contact you prior to shipping if the shipping cost vastly exceeds the price we have quoted in our matrix.

If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted immediately.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Shipments
We will try and ship anywhere in the world. However, the shipping method may vary and there may be additional shipping charges required. Additional charges will be added for Hawaii & Alaska orders which need to be send via Air. ($10 for standard shipping, $15 for expedited). If your order ends up being shipped Flat Rate Priority Mail, we may be able to reduce your shipping charges.

Please see our section on International Shipping for more information. Our policy is to ship all international orders using United States Postal Service GLOBAL EXPRESS. It is fast, trackable and you'll usually pay less customs fees that when using FedEx or UPS.

CANCELING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order at any time prior to us processing your order by calling the phone number listed on your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once we have shipped them. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.
